To update your payment method, please visit the online billing portal, where you can securely update your payment information.
The billing portal can be accessed here. (Or by searching https://billing.lightgig.com.)
To log in, you will need to enter the email address you have on file with us.
After you enter your email, the page will automatically send you a link that you can use to log in.
The email with the link is sent immediately, so if you don’t see the message in your inbox within one minute after entering your email, please check your spam or promotions folders. (If you find it there, please move it to your inbox or mark it as “not spam” so that you will receive future emails from us. You might also consider adding [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts so that these emails are less likely to go to spam next time.)
Inside the billing portal, you will be able to update your card or bank information, make a payment, or review your invoices at any time.
To add a card or bank information, choose “+ Add Payment Method” in the Payment Method section.
A new card or bank account will be set as the default method for future payments. If you would like to use a new method for one payment only, be sure to uncheck “Use as default payment method.”
You can remove a card or bank account by clicking on the “X” to the right of the payment method.
