How to Run a Speed Test Through the Aginet App

If you haven’t already done so, you can download the TP-Link Aginet app onto your phone using the links below.  


Download for Apple 

Download for Android 


Once you’ve downloaded it, please open up the app on your device and sign in.  After logging in, the app will take you right to the main “Network” page.



Running a Speed Test 


On the main “Network” home page, you’ll see a little icon in the bottom right corner of your screen that says “More."


  • Click on that, and it will take you to a new screen. 
  • Click on the button that says “Test Internet Speed” 
  • Lastly, click on the “Test Speed” button.  


The app will  automatically run a speed test and show you the upload and download speeds after a minute or two. You can then scroll down on the screen to see additional information.
